Tofino, a small coastal town on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, is a haven for nature lovers and adventure seekers. On the other hand, Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, is a charming blend of history, culture, and stunning natural beauty, often described as a walkable city filled with quaint streets, beautiful gardens, and vibrant arts.

One of my favorite weekend getaways is Fredericksburg, Texas. This tranquil town, nestled in the Texas Hill Country, is a haven for relaxation. Its rich German heritage, natural beauty, and the allure of its wineries and vineyards make it a perfect escape for wine enthusiasts from around the country.

With pristine, white sandy beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters, it's easy to see why tourists flock here during the summer. Ideal for swimming, soaking in the sun, and capturing those picturesque sunsets, Seaside, Florida, is a destination all of its own. Nestled along the Gulf of Mexico, Seaside is surrounded by lush natural landscapes, including scenic parks, walking trails, and nearby state parks perfect for outdoor adventures.

Many view the ability to travel as a luxury, but it doesn't have to be! I get it . . . in today's economy, everything is expensive!

The oldest National Park in Utah, Zion is full of treasures and sheer beauty! Between the 2,000-foot sandstone cliffs, slot canyons . . .

Galveston has beautiful beaches, yummy restaurants, many outdoor activities on and off the water, and local boutiques and fun shops!

The town of Glen Rose, Texas isn't a huge attraction, however, it does have two really great spots that are worth the visit . . .
